Porizo ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect
1.1 Voice Recordings and Audio Data
To create personalized songs that sound like you, we collect:
- Voice enrollment recordings: 6-8 short phrases you record during the voice enrollment process (typically 2-3 minutes total)
- Voice embeddings: A 256-dimensional mathematical representation of your voice characteristics (this is non-invertible and cannot be used to recreate your voice recordings)
1.2 Personal Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Account information: Email address, name (from OAuth provider)
- Phone number: If you choose phone authentication
- OAuth data: Information provided by Apple, Google, or Facebook when you sign in with these services
1.3 Song Creation Data
When you create songs, we collect:
- Recipient information: Name and relationship of the person the song is for
- Personal messages: The custom message or story you provide for song lyrics
- Occasion details: The type of occasion (birthday, anniversary, etc.)
- Style preferences: Musical genre and style choices
1.4 Device and Usage Information
We automatically collect:
- Device identifiers: App-scoped device identifier stored in iOS Keychain for secure device binding
- IP address: Used for fraud prevention, security monitoring, and abuse detection; retained in audit logs
- Usage data: Features used, session duration, crash reports
- Audio cache: Recently played songs cached locally for up to 7 days

4. Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data:
- In transit: All data is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
- Authentication tokens: Stored securely in iOS Keychain
- Offline cache: Audio files encrypted with AES keys stored in Keychain
- Voice embeddings: Encrypted at rest using user-specific keys
- Audio watermarking: All generated songs contain metadata watermarks for content verification

7. Account Deletion
When you delete your account:
- Voice embeddings are permanently deleted
- All generated songs are removed
- Personal information is erased
- Share links become invalid
This process is irreversible. Account deletion can be initiated from Settings within the app or by contacting support.
8. Share Links and Device Binding
When you share a song:
- A unique, one-time share link is generated
- The link binds to the first app device that opens it (using an app-scoped device identifier)
- This prevents unauthorized redistribution of your personalized content
- Share links can be revoked at any time from the app
9. Risk Scoring and Automated Actions
To prevent misuse of our voice cloning technology:
- We maintain a risk score for each account (0-100)
- Scores are based on usage patterns and content moderation flags
- High-risk accounts may have voice features disabled
- You can appeal automated decisions by contacting support
10. Children's Privacy
Porizo is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@porizo.co.
11. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers of personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
